Your future responsibilities include:


  • As a project assistant (m/f/d), you will place orders and be responsible for their tracking
  • Creating documentation for clients, as well as maintaining and updating the database
  • Processing incoming correspondence from suppliers and customers and ensuring proper filing in the project structure
  • Creating tree folders and preparing billing documents

Your qualifications for this position are:

  • Successfully completed commercial training and good technical understanding
  • Ideally, you have already had experience in the trade industry
  • Proficient in using MS Office, as well as some experience with SAP desired
  • You have a selfsufficient work style, but are also a team player
