Responsibilities:

Pretreating and galvanizing carrier strips
Calculating all occupancy data and programming rectifiers
Conducting bath analyses and adjusting and monitoring electrolyte baths
Inspecting and maintaining equipment
Performing minor maintenance tasks
Assisting in the final processing of saw bands
Operating straightening machines

Qualifications:

Completed training as a surface coater (galvanizer)
Professional experience in a similar role
Basic knowledge of galvanic technology and working with galvanic baths
Proficiency with computers
