Requirements

What should you bring?

  • You have completed education or a degree in IT or have proven technical skills equivalent to a degree
  • Ideally, you have previous experience as a helpdesk technician or in another customer support role
  • You work with a positive and friendly attitude and have good communication skills
  • You are customeroriented and have patience when dealing with difficult customers
  • You have strong problemsolving and analytical skills
  • You have good to excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
