Description

Senior Accountant

LHH is currently looking for a Senior Accountant for a contract to fire opportunity with a great company in Folsom, CA.

Responsibilities:
Ensures compliance with confidentiality protocols.

Manages payroll for exempt, non-exempt, and union survey staff.

Verifies accuracy of expense/accounting codes for bill payments; obtains management approval; monitors aged payables.

Reconciles and processes credit card accounts.

Effectively communicates with staff, vendors, and clients regarding bill processing and accounting.

Reviews and adjusts coding for budgeting consistency.

Maintains auditable financial records, reports, and files.

Provides backup support for billing procedures.

Prepares accounts payable checks from submitted forms.

Records daily deposits in accounting system.

Collects accounts receivable following company policy.

Executes month-end closing and invoice generation.

Assists with periodic inventory of company assets.

Performs additional duties as needed to fulfill business requirements.

Qualifications:

3+ years of staff or senior accounting experience.

Bachelors degree in accounting or related field preferred.

$ / annually

Pay Details:
$75,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
