    Requirements
    • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Property Accounting
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
    • Deep understanding of accounting systems
    • In-depth knowledge of GAAP principles
    • CPA certification is preferred, but not mandatory
