Your Responsibilities

  • Implementation of optimization projects for existing and new battery products
  • Support of production in case of series problems
  • Creation and optimization of time studies and cycle times
  • Development and evaluation of improvement potentials
  • Creation and maintenance of production documents (e.g. work instructions, production releases, value streams, etc.)
  • Participation in change management (processing and evaluation of product information)
  • Collaboration and execution of process FMEAs, procurement of operating resources, lean management, etc.

Your Profile

  • Completed technical degree (e.g. industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, production technology)
  • Alternatively, completed technical training with further education as a technician
  • First professional experience in industrial manufacturing
  • Ideally experience with production projects
  • Basic knowledge of REFA, MTM, and CAD
  • Very good German and good English skills
  • Willingness to occasionally travel for business
