Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for bookkeeping tasks using the DATEV program
- You will act as a liaison to the tax consultant
- You will handle invoicing and office administration
- You will assist with daily administrative and organizational tasks
Profile:
- You have completed a vocational training as an office clerk, administrative assistant, or a similar qualification
- Ideally, you have gained some professional experience working with a tax consultant
- You have strong knowledge of MS Office and are familiar with MS Teams
- You are serviceoriented and have excellent organizational skills
- You are able to independently manage your tasks
Other:
- You will have the opportunity to work from home
- Your working hours will be 20 hours per week
- Your daily working hours and distribution of weekly hours will be determined onsite
