The Pro Inklusio - School for Social Pedagogy of PROCEDO-Berlin GmbH currently trains approximately 550 students part-time to become state-recognized educators with a specialization in integration or inclusion. In cooperation with a network of several child and youth welfare organizations, including the Berlin daycare centers, our goal is to promote the idea of inclusion in society through the professional training of educators and the integration of theory and practice, in order to positively and sustainably change the societal and private handling of the special needs of minorities.


We are looking for support for our schedule planning starting from the earliest possible date:


Your main tasks will include:


  • Planning of school days for all classes
  • Schedule planning: Planning the distribution of all classes in consultation with a second colleague, the school management, and the instructors
  • Substitute schedule planning during the current semester
  • Scheduling of instructors for final exams
  • Planning of committee meetings in consultation with the departments
  • Coordination of room bookings
  • Maintenance of the school database and collaboration in the further development of the databasesupported schedule planning
  • Development of process descriptions
  • Creation of documents and overviews
  • Collaboration on the intranet/school wiki
  • Coordination of observations for applicants for a teaching position

We expect you to have:


  • Very strong knowledge of MS Office, especially advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Proficiency in working with databases
  • Highly structured work behavior
