    About the Position

    Parafin is seeking a seasoned Head of Revenue to lead several key functions such as B2B Platform sales, Platform Growth/Success, and Marketing for all of Parafin's products. You will be responsible for acquiring net new platforms and ensuring that they integrate, launch and grow revenues for Parafin in a timely and predictable manner. This individual will be responsible for inspirational sales leadership and management of growth through aggressively growing top-line revenues and driving new business through the implementation of scalable, repeatable, structured systems and processes.

    What You'll Be Doing:

    • Serve as a strong business leader and customer partner, and have the drive and commitment to both understand and successfully navigate our rapid growth.
    • Be directly responsible for and have full agency in account acquisition and expansion in order to meet and exceed Parafin's revenue targets
    • Manage and lead the sales, Platform Growth/Success, and Marketing teams.
    • Highly efficient and able to drive alignment in working collaboratively with cross-functional teams such as Founders, Product, Data Science, Finance, and Legal.
    • Have full ownership and accountability for successful execution which comprises signing the deal, integration, and adoption of Parafin's product by the small businesses on the Platform
    • Identifying market opportunities for Parafin's growing suite of products.
    • Inspire, motivate, and drive organizational planning with an eye towards long-term success
    • Ensure detailed and accurate revenue forecasting from our Operations team.
    • Lead the overall sales and success process and set appropriate metrics for funnel management
    • Report to Executive Leadership and Board on a regular cadence with a focus on key metrics
    • Plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels

    We Prefer If You Have:

    • Solid track record of recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing go-to-market teams
    • Consistent overachievement of quarterly and annual revenue goals
    • Excellent operational, communication, collaboration, and analytical abilities
    • Dynamic and strong sales execution mindset with a passion for a fast-paced growing environment
    • Proven track record of starting and growing relationships with key strategic enterprise accounts. Current examples live on Parafin include DoorDash, Amazon, Walmart, TikTok, and Worldpay.
    • Experience in building and leading successful enablement programs for a growing GTM team.
