    Job Description:

    We are in search of a welcoming, efficient, and polished Host/Hostess to become part of our team. The perfect candidate will serve as the initial point of contact for our visitors, ensuring they receive a hospitable and pleasant reception upon arrival.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Offer a warm and courteous welcome to guests
    • Handle reservations and seating arrangements to enhance guest satisfaction and table rotation
    • Provide precise wait times and manage waiting lists as needed
    • Accompany guests to their tables and present menus
    • Coordinate with the serving staff and kitchen for seamless service flow
    • Respond to phone calls and manage reservations or inquiries
    • Maintain a tidy and orderly reception area
    • Assist with special demands and cater to guest requirements for a positive experience

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in the hospitality sector is advantageous
    • Demonstrated work experience as a Host/Hostess or in a similar capacity
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
    • Effective organizational and multitasking skills
    • Professional demeanor and appearance
    • Capability to remain composed and collected during demanding situations
    • Customer-oriented mindset with a dedication to providing exceptional service
