Position Summary:
Full time customer support representative needed for busy office in Metro Center. Duties include, but are not limited to, answering multi-line phones and assisting customers with alarm system trouble related questions and scheduling a service appointment if necessary. Keeping up with daily tasks assigned to, customer phone calls, customer email requests, and customer text messages inside our portal. Applicants must be professional, detail oriented, able to multi-task and possess a positive and outgoing personality.
Must pass criminal background check and drug screen.
