- Answering a high volume of inbound calls and making outbound calls while following a script
- Responding to questions and concerns along with creating patient cases for other staff
- Making appointments, confirming appointments, and rescheduling appointments
- Providing support from start to finish to resolve patient inquiries or concerns
- Ensuring patient satisfactory while providing the high level of care
- Other duties as assigned

- High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- 1+ years of call center experience
- Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Ability to work independently and maintain good judgment and accountability
- Demonstrated ability to work well with health care providers
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks to meet all deadlines
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to speak clearly and concisely, conveying information in a manner that others can understand, as well as ability to understand and interpret information from others

The Call Center Representative is responsible to the Call Center Supervisor and supporting our call center teammates and patients, which includes appointment scheduling, answering high volume of incoming and outbound calls and servicing patient inquiries accordingly.
Ensuring that patient needs are addressed timely with great customer service and performing other related call centers functions is also pertinent to the role.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Location: 461 W. Oak St, Kissimmee, FL 34741
