    Description

    Southeast Toyota Finance is hiring for a Bilingual Lease End Experience Representative . This position is a phone-based customer service position.

    Responsibilities :

  • Professionally and accurately assisting customers with the lease end process.
  • Utilizing a combination of customer service and sales skills to discuss lease end options and obligations.
  • Maintaining records on accounts and updating account information.
  • Following up to ensure the account is closed by the lease maturity date.

    • Qualifications:

  • Ability to handle heavy call volume, while also delivering exceptional customer service and meeting set departmental objectives.
  • Previous telephone and customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good computer and data entry skills required.
  • Must be available to work overtime and flexible schedule (evening and weekend hours, if required).
  • Proactive or Lease End Experience is a plus
