Estate Yountville is seeking a talented and experienced Director of Catering to join our team.
As the Director of Catering, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of our catering operations, ensuring that we deliver exceptional service and unforgettable experiences to our clients.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee the planning, execution, and coordination of all catering events, from intimate gatherings to large weddings.
Work closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and expectations to ensure a personalized experience.
Manage event logistics, including vendor coordination, staffing, and equipment rentals.
Develop and implement a comprehensive catering strategy in line with the overall business goals.
Create and manage catering budgets, ensuring profitability and cost control.
Collaborate with the executive team to set pricing strategies and achieve revenue targets.
Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing catering team, including event managers, chefs, and service staff.
Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and exceptional customer service.
Provide coaching and development opportunities to enhance staff skills and performance.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Respond to client feedback and concerns promptly, striving for resolution and continuous improvement.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 6 years of progressive hotel catering sales experience preferred
Bachelor's degree required.
Demonstrate creativity and knowledge of food and beverage/events desired.
