Together with our HR Operations team, support our business areas with all administrative HR processes such as contract management, employee support, and payroll.

In addition, you will work with the HR team to ensure smooth operations.


Your responsibilities:

  • As a working student (m/f/d) in the field of personnel / human resources, you will have completed at least three semesters of study, ideally with a focus on personnel management / human resources.
  • Ideally, you have gained relevant experience through an apprenticeship or internships / working student positions.
  • Proficiency in common MS Office applications is required.
  • Experience with SAP is desirable.
  • You have good English skills.

Your profile:
With your passion for HR topics, you want to actively support the HR Operations department? Depending on your area of responsibility, the following tasks await you:

  • You support personnel administration, including maintaining personnel files.
  • You create employment contracts and references.
  • You assist with employee support and handle incoming resignations as part of the exit process.
