    Creative Financial Staffing is collaborating with a rapidly growing manufacturing company to identify a Staff Accountant to join their team. We are seeking a candidate who can confidently work well in a fast-paced environment and be an integral member of the accounting department.

    The Staff Accountant responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Report to Controller
    • Ensuring the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating and entering financial transaction in the General Ledger
    • Financial Statement prep including P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow
    • Perform Monthly, Daily, Weekly bank reconciliations
    • Overseeing accounts payable & accounts receivable functions
    • Payroll management and processing
    • Manage ad-hoc department projects and initiatives as necessary

    Qualifications:

    • Undergraduate degree in accounting or finance
    • 2+ years of hands-on experience in an accounting or finance
