- Conduct regular meetings with different business units onsite.
- Offer HR guidance to line management as needed.
- Analyze HR metrics alongside the HR team to develop effective solutions, programs, and policies.
- Handle complex employee relations matters, conducting thorough and unbiased investigations.
- Stay updated on legal requirements pertaining to employee management to minimize legal risks and ensure compliance.
- Provide ongoing performance management support to line managers, including coaching, counseling, and career development.
- Foster positive work relationships, morale, and productivity through close collaboration with management and employees.
- Offer guidance on HR policies and their interpretation.
- Develop contract terms for new hires, promotions, and transfers.
- Provide insight on business unit restructuring, workforce planning, and succession planning.
- Identify training needs within business units and offer executive coaching when required.
- Participate in evaluating and monitoring training programs to ensure effectiveness and achievement of objectives.
