Make Up To $42.00+ per hour PLUS $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

Burlington Health and Rehab is seeking a passionate
Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing nursing team in Burlington, WI.

As a RN you will work alongside the Director of Nursing/Nurse Managers to provide the best quality care and ensure the safety to our residents:
administrating IVs and medication and monitoring the resident's vitals. Additionally, provide support and directions to the nursing assistants. _
Plus, we're offering a $10,000.00 Sign-On Bonus for FT and $ for PT Take advantage of this Sign-On Bonus TODAY _

This position is Full-Time or Part-Time with rotation weekends.

Shift:
Day, Evening and Night are available as well as 16 hour shifts

Pay:
$ per hour DOE + $2.00 Shift Diff

Requirements:

Active WI Registered Nurse (RN) license
Great customer service skills
Passion to work with the aging population
Great communications skills
Able to work rotating weekends
