Job Description and Duties

Enforcement and Planning Division has an opening for a permanent, full-time Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA). Applicants at the Staff Services Analyst level will be considered.

Under the direction of the Division Lieutenant, the AGPA is responsible for assisting with the necessary staff support functions and administrative activities performed in the Division office.


This includes, but is not limited to:

reviewing and analyzing all written correspondence, such as manual revisions, memorandums, letters, bill analyses, and grant operational plans, prior to submitting to the Division Chief for approval; tracking incoming projects and ensuring deadlines for project completion are met; preparing correspondence as necessary for the Division Chief; and completing special projects as assigned.

The AGPA will also be responsible for maintaining various reports and programs within their purview.
