  • Review stock picking documents and pull requested stock from various locations identified on the pick slip. Assist in the quality control process. Shipconfirm requisitions when completed and when otherwise necessary. Revise and update the stock locations in the Oracle automated inventory system, and participate in daily cycle counting. Pack shipments and prepare shipping documents for transport via Fed Ex, common carrier, or SSU truck. Adhere to all Department of Transportation labeling and shipping requirements. Inspect and receive stock shipments addressed to the SSU warehouse. Reference invoice and purchase documents, to verify correct product and quantity is being received. Enter receipt of staging information and assign warehouse stocking location(s) in Microsoft Dynamics D365. To ensure employee safety, inspect equipment prior to use. Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on assigned equipment and tools. Assist in the pickup and delivery of furniture and/or supplies.

Working Conditions


This position requires the operation of powered and non-powered materials handling equipment and personal computer for daily operations and communications.

Physical demands require the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Days off are Saturday, Sunday, and holidays.
