    Franchise Sales Executive - Los Angeles, United States - Triup, Inc

    Description
    Responsibilities


    Supports and coordinates communications between the franchisee, headquarters, and various vendors, playing the central point of contact until new restaurants are successfully opened and operating, and until current restaurants are successfully upgraded and/or updated.


    Assists franchises with proper execution of business plans/changes and ensure that relevant activity is in compliance with corporate standards and requirements by collecting and managing franchise data (product requests, etc.) as needed.

    Coordinates and maintains The Restaurant Menu Process Flow (including recipe updates, validation of graphics, spelling/grammar review, etc)

    Coordinates, maintains, and reviews tableware orders for all The Restaurant locations.

    Reviews and updates Franchisee contact list accordingly and communicates to proper department, vendors, etc.

    Facilitates communication between US/Japan companies under the The Restaurant brand and Holding companies


    Assists department and headquarters with office administrative duties, including but limited to, filing, copying, scanning, printing, answering phone calls, etc.

    and going above beyond to ensure The company mission and values are achieved

    Completes necessary ad-hoc reports, projects or tasks per department or upper management requests

    Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    Assists department and headquarters with office administrative duties, including but limited to, filing, copying, scanning, printing, answering phone calls, etc

    Excellent communication skills:
    verbal and written

    Must be able to clearly articulate goals, performance, and objectives

    Extremely detail-oriented, resourceful, proactive and have excellent organizational skills

    Adaptable and flexible – priorities change on a daily or hourly basis, you can pivot, adjust your schedule, re-focus and thrive in a fast-paced working environment

    Must have knowledge of restaurant systems, including but not limited to ALOHA, CTUIT or other POS systems; knowledge of MS Office Suites and G Suite (Google Sheets, Hangouts, etc.)

    Food & Beverage Industry: 3 years (Required)

    Japanese Language is Big Plus
