Position is full-time (no nights, weekends, or holidays) with some alternating remote on call time. Beautiful work setting, new salary structure for nurses including a 23% midpoint increase, and robust benefitsHelp our patients to regain control over their lives through self-directed recovery. Promote the recovery model of treatment including trauma-informed care, hope, respect, empowerment, health/wellness, and spirituality/connectedness. Provide holistic health teaching for patients and their families.
Act as a liaison among prescribers, consumers, laboratories, other health care providers, pharmacies, and staff to ensure continuity of care.
active Illinois nursing license; basic computer skills including MS Word, Outlook, e-prescribing, and an electronic medical record; Preferably, applicants will have experience with mental health and substance use treatment.
