JOB SUMMARY FOR RECEPTIONIST
The Receptionist will perform various routine clerical tasks in support of the business office.

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR RECEPTIONIST

Provides general office support for the entire facility in support of administrative functions of all departments.
Establishes, develops, maintains, and updates the filing system for the administrative office and the facility. Retrieves information from files when needed.
Sorts and distributes mail.
Provides coverage for the front desk.
Assists the Administrator and other department heads with the daily operations of the entire facility. They may be assigned temporary or longterm assignments in various departments.
Handles employee requests regarding Human resource issues, rules, and regulations.
Answers the telephone in a prompt, professional manner.
Greets visitors promptly in a professional manner.
Assists with HR duties as assigned.
Responsible for scheduling the transportation of our residents. Ensuring there is communication between departments regarding resident's appointments and transportation needs.
Responsible for completing background checks for all residents within 24 hours of admission.
Maintains all aspects of the Resident Trust Fund.
Ability to work independently.
All other duties as assigned by the Administrator and Business Office Manager
