    Description
    SALES, SALES, SALES
    This position is responsible for driving new business into our office while establishing a rewarding career with unlimited potential. The ideal candidate should be a goal driven individual who wants to help people

    Candidates must have a strong desire to provide excellent customer service, outstanding communication skills, work well on a team and work under pressure with minimum supervision.

    Responsibilities
    • Recognize and qualify personal insurance opportunities in person, online, by phone, and through electronic communication
    • Confidently prepare quotes and present insurance products using agency technology and software with the ability to close deals
    • Communicate with managers and coworkers in a friendly & professional manner
    • Follow all company rules and regulations
    • Assist customers with policy questions and endorsements
    Requirements
    • LOVE SALES
    • Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
    • PA Property & Casualty or Personal Lines License
    • 3 Years of Personal Lines Insurance experience with proven results
    • Ability to remain focused and strive to provide outstanding customer service
    • Be highly attentive to details
    • Strong organization and time management skills

    This is a remote position.

    The agency staff opportunity is not an employment opportunity directly with Allstate Insurance Co.; but rather employment as a staff member with Allstate Exclusive Agents, who are independent contractors Allstate Insurance Co.
