Your responsibilities
- You actively build a sustainable network of clients and candidates and maintain your business development
- You specialize in a specific field and independently manage it
- You are responsible for the entire recruitment process, from client acquisition and candidate search to follow-up
- You conduct job interviews and negotiations at the management level
- You advise companies on filling open positions and conduct needs analyses
What you should bring
- A completed degree (university/college) (e.g. in business administration, economics, social or humanities, tourism, sports science) or commercial training, but career changers are also welcome
- Very good German and good English skills
