  • You specialize in a specific field and independently manage it
  • You are responsible for the entire recruitment process, from client acquisition and candidate search to follow-up
  • You conduct job interviews and negotiations at the management level
  • You advise companies on filling open positions and conduct needs analyses

What you should bring

  • A completed degree (university/college) (e.g. in business administration, economics, social or humanities, tourism, sports science) or commercial training, but career changers are also welcome
  • Very good German and good English skills
