Job DescriptionResidential Home Renovation Sales Rep: My client is a well established home and design renovation company. You will be provided 5-10 leads from my clients own marketing efforts every week While you do need to have a construction background in order to understand the process and language when speaking with homeowners not having to cold call or try to drive in your own business is a huge perk Top reps are earning upwards of 160k from 2M in sales Even 1M in sales would be around 80k commission.
They are open to considering someone not from sales but has this desire/interest. Must have residential home knowledge and full understanding of construction. You can work from home and travel to homeowners homes on average 5-10 leads given per week. You are only required to make follow up calls on past interested home owners that didn't move forward at that time but may do so now.
Pay is base plus commission with full benefits and 401k plus match.
