Landscape Construction Sales Representative
Artistic Grounds is hiring a full-time Sales Representative to work with our growing Construction Division. You will be responsible to estimate and sell Landscape Construction projects on Cape Cod, MA.

You will collaborate with existing high end residential clients, new prospects, residential home builders, and Landscape Architects to sell and estimate work.


Job duties to include:

Work with our Client Experience Manager to schedule meetings with new leads and existing clients. Perform all phases of the sales/design process, including client meetings, cost estimates, proposals and project presentation Go on site visits to meet with clients and conduct initial client consultation. Meet with clients at pre-scheduled appointments times Work with our design team to complete project designs to be able to estimate the work. Estimate and sell profitable work to clients Assist with the organization of project materials and site details.

Review plans with crew leaders/foremen and Designer to decide the most efficient method to complete a project on time and within budget.

Ensure accurate field verification, measurements and analysis Coordination with clients, production and subcontractors Following up with clients to finalize contractual agreements and collect deposits Cultivate new leads and sales via networking and marketing efforts Assist other departments throughout the year as needed Sell enhancements and upsell to grow existing accounts- Ensure customer satisfaction


Qualifications:


  • Degree in landscape architecture or landscape design required, or equivalent
  • Firm understanding of landscape plant material appropriate for the Massachusetts region; construction products, procedures and techniques; and proper planting techniques
  • Experience of installing plants and/or hardscaping materials a plus
  • Five years of experience in Sales/In Field Management/Estimating in Landscaping/Construction Experience (preferred)
  • Must have a valid Driver License
  • Proven Strong Communication/Customer Service skills
  • Strong Computer skills include Excel, Microsoft Word, Google Workspace and a willingness to learn proprietary software and other programs as necessary
