    Description of Duties & Responsibilities

    Strategically develop and execute strategic plan for the telecom market vertical.

    Develop andsource astrong pipeline ofprospective clients andqualified leads


    Build and manage effective customer relationships with the Major US Telecom Carriers, EPC's (Engineer, Procure & Install), Installers (Turf Vendors) and Distribution channels that support business objectives within the assigned sales territory.

    Facilitate pre-sales process fornew leads, including first contact, discovery phase, meetings andcontract negotiation.

    Identify opportunities to "Drive Mix" either through further penetration with customers, products, or potential services.

    Proactively manage all aspects of the telecom market vertical to ensure profitability.

    Actively manage existing customer accounts, address keyobjectives andstrategy, concerns andescalations, overall status, andnew sales opportunities.

    Research andstay updated with telecommunication industry trends andinsights.


    Create a solution driven, leadership persona both internally and externally while collaborating with other functions within the corporation and customer organizations.


    Encourage team building and an inclusive and high performing work environment through on-going developmental training, leadership, and people management skills.

    Qualifications and Experience Requirements

    Bachelor's Degree preferred in Business or Engineering with proven technical aptitude.

    Minimum 5 years of relevant industry work experience and 5 + years Sales and / or Product Management experience within the telecom market

    Minimum 5 years' experience within the wireless market, particularly the top 3 wireless carriers and their approved contractor base.

    Prior customer service experience and sales management experience

    Effectively manage channel conflict as arises from strategy execution or dictated by changing market.


    Requires strong financial understanding, management experience and analytical skills to work through complex issues in all areas of the business.


    Requires a team player attitude continuously articulated in a well thought out vision and communicated effectively, holding his / her team accountable for attainment of realistically set goals.
