- 2-5 years minimum prior experience in General Liability, Commercial, Employment and/or Financial Services litigation in a law firm setting or business equivalent.
- Excellent legal research, analysis and writing skills, including experience with complex briefing to state and federal courts.
- Trial experience in state and/or federal courts is strongly preferred, first or second chair.
- Arbitration and mediation experience.
- Excellent oral communication skills and ability to navigate complex negotiations and discussions with high-level clients, vendors, or other stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial growth mindset for client development and practice management.
- Efficient time-management skills.
- Values collaboration, diverse perspective, and is able to work with a team to creatively solve problems.
- Willingness to be a productive member of a team.
- Licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio. Other states a plus.
