Job Description

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal for a lawfirm located in Cleveland, OH. This firm offers excellent compensation, benefits and work life balance. If you have prior litigation experience involving insurance defense, civil litigation, torts, commercial lit etc. this would be an ideal position for you

Responsibilities:

· Prepare discovery and requests, letters, subpoenas and other legal correspondence

· Assist with trial prep and utilization of e-discovery tools

· Summarize depositions, medical records and coordinate expert witnesses

· Manage files paper and electronic

Qualifications:

· Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience is preferred

· 2+ years of litigation experience required

· High level of organization and attention to detail

· Understanding of technical programs such as MS Office, Relativity, Lexis-Nexis, and Westlaw preferred

· Excellent communication skills and ability to work as a team and independently

Pay Details: $50,000 to $70,000 DOE

Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan. Our benefit offerings provide employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. In addition, our associates may be eligible for paid leave including Paid Sick Leave or any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law, as well as Holiday pay where applicable.

Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
