Tasks:
We are looking for support in our copy shop, specifically for students.


The following tasks await you:

  • You print and bind final theses, scripts, and learning materials.
  • You communicate with customers: Customer service is done through chat, email, and phone.
  • You communicate with your colleagues: You coordinate your own working hours and are involved in training and material organization.
  • Sales: You operate our webshop and cash systems.
  • All tasks are easy and quick to learn.

Qualifications:

  • You have good German skills to advise our customers.
  • You have a good understanding of printing and printer settings.
  • You can work independently and take responsibility.
  • You have a confident demeanor.
  • You can handle pressure well due to good time management.
  • You have experience as a student and are available for at least two semesters.

Benefits:

  • You will be employed as a shortterm worker.
  • The weekly working hours are approximately 7 hours.
  • The regular shifts are during the week from 9:30 am to 1:00 pm and from 12:45 pm to 4:15 pm and may go longer depending on workload.
  • Flexible work days based on availability, schedule is determined weekly.
  • Compensation of 12 to 13 euros per hour. Salary increases by 0.50 euros per hour every 3 months.
  • Regular team events for getting to know each other.
