At the Ratswiese 3 Hearing and Speech Therapy Kindergarten, 30453 Hannover, we are looking for a
Childcare Worker (m/f/d) to cover a parental leave starting on July 17, 2023, with the possibility of permanent employment in our substitute pool.

Job Description:

Area of responsibility: Speech therapy group with 8 children
Support and promotion of children in their individual development processes
General language support in everyday situations
Trustful cooperation and collaborative exchange with parents or legal guardians
Organizing and conducting development and admission interviews with parents
Creating development reports and documentation
Engagement and cooperative planning and action in interdisciplinary teams
Regular team meetings

Working hours: 29.00 hours/week

Requirements:

Professional and methodological competence in the field of child language
Independent work
Openness and teamwork skills
Empathy, enjoyment, and patience in dealing with children with speech impairments and special behavioral characteristics
Competent contact person
