    As part of our continued success, Landau Associates is seeking a Project Coordinator/Office Assistant for our Baton Rouge, Louisiana office.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Project Coordination – Provide quality control, technical editing, proofreading, coordination of data management and graphics, and deliverable production. Collaborate with company-wide project coordinators to share workload and apply company-wide standards and procedures.
    • Office Administration – Coordinate vendor maintenance of office equipment, inventory and order office supplies, provide administrative support to all staff, plan and support meetings and events, and act as liaison with building management for facility maintenance.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field, or a combination of relevant education/experience required
    • 3 to 5 years of administrative and project coordination experience in a professional services office setting
    • Employment history that demonstrates strong organizational, communication (verbal and written), and computer-related skills
    • Computer software management skills, including support for Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Endnote, Adobe Acrobat, and/or other document production related software
    • Experience with engineering, architectural, or related industry is a plus

    The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a collaborative project-team environment, interchangeably supporting coworkers and engaging coworkers' support to meet the specific needs of a wide range of technical and administrative projects.
