    We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team of legal professionals. In this crucial role, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while also handling a variety of administrative tasks to support our attorneys and ensure office operations run smoothly. We are seeking a true multi-tasker with a positive attitude who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple priorities with poise and efficiency. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized and proactive individual to gain valuable experience in a professional legal setting

    Responsibilities:
    Answer incoming telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner, directing calls to the appropriate parties
    Greet visitors and clients, providing a positive first impression
    Maintain office supply inventory and reorder materials as needed
    Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages
    Prepare outgoing mail, courier, and express shipments
    Coordinate schedules and make travel arrangements for attorneys as requested
    Type and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and other materials
    Copy, scan, fax, and file documents as assigned
    Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned

    Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

    Qualifications:
    Proficiency in office software and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    organizational and time-management abilities with a proactive approach.
