    Description

    Responsibilities:
    Coordinate and supervise tax compliance, consulting engagements, and tax-related projects within the department Schedule and delegate tax-related activities among employees within the department Ensure that the department is rendering quality tax services and client relationships Support partners with execution and development of tax-related services Prepare tax reports, correspondences, and research memoranda Perform research and consult team members on technical tax matters Advise and assist clients on how to avert task risks and manage tax burdens Identify and assess factors that may lead to tax risks Maintain knowledge and carry out research on new tax laws, trends, and legislation Network with other professionals in the field to remain up to date on tax laws and trends Supervise and train staff while also managing the workflow and overall team resources Provide tax data for clients and third-party professionals Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting required Master's in Taxation highly preferred CPA license required At least 7+ years of tax accounting experience Excellent analytical and organizational skills Experience with client service and team management Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, tax software, and QuickBooks Highest level of honesty and integrity Excellent research and time management skillsDate Posted
