By the end of May (or shortly after hiring for those hired by Allianz in the latter part of May or thereafter), Arch is expected to make comparable offers of employment to the employees of the MidCorp/Entertainment business, conditioned upon, and subject to, the closing of the transaction.
The transaction is expected to close following, and subject to, the satisfaction of all applicable closing conditions, including regulatory approval of the transaction.
If an employee receives and accepts Arch's offer of employment, subject to the employee's satisfaction of the conditions to Arch's offer, the employee will commence employment with Arch at, and subject to, the close of the transaction.

In this role as an Underwriter, you'll help build a multi-coverage book of business while working closely with agents and brokers through frequent contact points (both in-person and virtually), be the face of Allianz Commercial Middle Market for the local territory, listen and be an educator to the marketplace, assess risks, determine premiums, set conditions and negotiate in order to ensure profitability.

The annualized base pay range for this role is $73,500 - $126,071. The annual base salary range represents a nationwide market range.
The actual salary for this position may be above and will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate.
