    [Job Summary]

    The iKamper Field Marketing Coordinator entails managing our ambassador team and executing our Event and Marketing activations at company sponsored events, partnerships and Industry shows. Success in this position hinges on a fervor for outdoor activities, staying updated on industry advancements, and possessing strategic thinking abilities. Additionally, an outgoing nature is crucial as the role involves in-person networking.

    [Main Responsibility]

    1. Field Marketing & Ambassador Relationship
    • Manage influencer and ambassador relations.
    • Manage all content creation needs from influencers and ambassadors.
    • Manage and grow iKamper' s ambassador program.
    • Assist in the creation and execute strategy for influencers and ambassadors.
    • Prepare reports, analyze results, interpret trends and give insights and recommend improvements on affiliate activities and overall program.
    • Execute events and marketing activations based on event lead planning (Marketing Manager).
    • Setup physical activation independently or with the marketing team according to event needs.
    • Set up event booths and product displays.
    • Play an active role representing the brand by engaging with customers, media, and organizations during the activations.
    • Serve as the "community manager" and moderator for the iKamper owners' group through comments, posts, replies to foster a positive, interactive environment, and ensure compliance with community guidelines/legal requirements.
    • Assist in the creation and publishing of content to the iKamper owners' group. Including regular updates and announcements.
    • Review and approve influencer and ambassador applications.
    • Create a legally binding agreement between two or more parties.
    • Conduct research on influencer and ambassador relations.
    • Write and distribute marketing updates to influencer and ambassador account teams.
    • Assist with content production when needed.
    • Attract new ambassadors / influences & community members to broaden the iKamper brand across all market categories.
    • Work closely with the media team to create and manage assets, contracts and deliverables with current and future ambassadors.
    • Act as a champion for the iKamper brand accumulating and sharing a deep knowledge of iKamper products and education.
    • Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support.
    • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
    • Oversee daily operations of the iKamper Owners Group platform, including troubleshooting user issues.
    • Report with regular insights on community health, growth, and engagement strategies.
    1. Other Duties as assigned
    • Prepare reports for the Marketing Manager and Marketing & Product Director.
    • Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

    [Job Requirement]

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Experiences.
    • 2-3 years of experience in the field marketing area.
    • In the office 4 days a week.
    • Outdoor/Overlanding Industry experience preferred.
    • Proficient in both written and verbal communication.
    • Able to lift 50 lbs.
    • Possession of a valid driver's license and capability to drive extended distances.
    • Experience in planning, scheduling, cost estimation, and budgeting.
    • Actively engaged in outdoor activities.
    • Driver License
    • Travel up to 30% includes weekends.
