- Researches and responds to employee inquiries.
- Processes benefit enrollments and updates/maintains benefits in ADP and associated provider systems.
- Assists with the coordination of open enrollment and initial benefit enrollment.
- Processes monthly employee benefit billings.
- Provides first line support for all benefit and disability queries.
- Acts as a back-up for payroll processing.
- Assists with the coordination of the Wellness program.
- Enrolls eligible participants into the cobra benefits program, and ensures insurance premiums are collected and processed in a timely manner.
- Monitors premiums and tracks appropriate administration of benefits.
- The ability to communicate effectively and clearly, both in verbal and written communications, as well as, present information to groups of managers, and employees.
