    Description

    Job Title:
    Benefits Analyst


    Location:
    San Diego, CA 92121

    Duration: 6 months


    Job Description:
    Process high volume leave of absence activity.
    Interact with third party leave administrator and client employees and managers.
    Ability to discuss leave of absence time away from work and pay options, in California and elsewhere, in detail.
    Participate in the interactive process when an employee reaches out for accommodation.
    Prepare monthly and biweekly leave reports.
    Use of ServiceNow ticketing system to manger leave cases along with Workday, ADP, and third-party leave administrator website.
    Good understanding of basic company benefits will be helpful.


    Required Skills:
    Leave of absence and accommodation experience
    Strong attention to detail
    Excellent communication skills at all levels
    Bachelors
    Microsoft office
    Must be local to San Diego location
