- Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot IT software & hardware problems.
- Install and update company software.
- Install IT hardware such as computers, printers, smart devices, monitors, docking stations, and networking equipment.
- Onboarding: new user accounts: Hardware & Software (Microsoft 365, Active Directory)
- Offboarding: removing access, retrieving hardware, backing up, and cleaning.
- Maintains knowledge of relevant technology, software, etc., through ongoing education
- High level of character
- Effective communication skills across all departments.
- Ability to prioritize tasks.
- Working knowledge of relevant operating systems, software, and programming
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Keen attention to detail and note-taking skills.
- Efficient troubleshooting abilities
