Description

The LEW Wasserkraft GmbH operates and manages 36 hydropower plants on the rivers Lech, Wertach, Iller, Günz and Danube, producing around one billion kilowatt hours of renewable energy annually, providing climate-neutral electricity for thousands of households. We are actively involved in the energy transition and make a significant contribution to the future of our planet. Our team supports the operational departments within LEW Wasserkraft GmbH with cross-functional tasks, including managing interfaces between departments and IT - from implementing new software, including requirements management and administration, to operationalizing our digital strategy.

What this role involves

In this role, you will be responsible for the optimal rollout of new software solutions and ensuring their smooth operation. You will also support the operationalization of our digital strategy. Specifically, your tasks will include:

Working closely with core process owners, business analysts, and project managers to define interfaces, data models, application logic, and feasibility analyses for the implementation of cross-functional software solutions

As a specialist in application support, you will administer our software and ensure its functionality and availability. You will also identify potential for further development and optimization

Being the first point of contact for end users for technical inquiries and issues, and acting as a liaison between our LEW-wide IT expert team and external partners
