    • Apply your industry expertise, experience, and leadership to envision how technology can drive enhanced customer experience and engagement.
    • Act as a skilled business consultant within a specific industry segment.
    • Enhance existing relationships by proactively interacting with clients as their main point of contact.
    • Showcase Randstad Digital's strengths as a leader in digital transformation across various areas.
    • Collaborate with project/program management for successful delivery within an integrated model.
    • Cultivate strong relationships with clients at senior levels and with external and internal partners to drive growth within accounts.
    • Lead the execution of new agreements to surpass revenue and margin expectations.

    Requirements:

    • 1 to 3 years of experience selling technical products.
    • Demonstrated track record of expanding services within assigned accounts.
    • Ability to build enduring relationships based on integrity.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
    • Strong problem-solving and creative thinking abilities.
    • Effective negotiation skills.
    • History of exceeding expectations.
    • Bachelor's degree preferred.
    • Proficiency in Google mail, calendaring, and shared drives.
