Op de afdeling Lifecycle Services richten we ons op service en lifecycle support van de installaties bij onze klanten. Met een team van klantgerichte en bekwame serviceprofessionals bieden wij modificaties, inspecties, onderhoud en remote support aan door operationele en technische ondersteuning, advies en training. Onze diensten ondersteunen onze klanten 24/7 voor maximale prestaties en beschikbaarheid van de installaties. Als gevolg hiervan zijn zij in staat om voortdurend concurrerende producten te leveren aan hun afzetmarkten. Onze afdeling bestaat uit 36 medewerkers verdeeld over drie teams.

Project Engineer Modifications
De Project Engineer is technisch en financieel verantwoordelijk voor de project uitvoering van meerdere modificaties en retrofit projecten bij onze klanten. De projecten variëren in ordergrootte van €50.000 tot € Jij bent de degene die ervoor zorgt dat de projecten binnen de afgesproken tijden en budgetten worden gerealiseerd en je bent de primaire aanspreekpartner voor je klant.
De volgende taken vallen onder jouw verantwoordelijkheid:
Coördineren van de aftersales service orders om de verkochte modificaties, retrofits en MRO-orders te leveren volgens de gedefinieerde KPI's.
Input leveren aan het sales team van de afdeling in de offertefase op het gebied van planning, techniek, scope of work en kosten.
Maken van kleinere modificatie offertes en meerwerk offertes binnen je eigen klantenkring of projecten.
Zorgen voor een goede samenwerking tussen de verschillende engineers binnen de afdeling, denk daarbij aan de hardware-, mechanical- en field support engineers.
Maken van orderprognoses en beheren van het budget, de marges en de omzet.
Onderhouden van contacten met de klanten voor lopende projecten maar ook relatiebeheer als serviceprovider.
Wat heb je nodig om als Project Engineer bij CSi aan de slag te gaan?
Je hebt een afgeronde hbo-opleiding richting Mechatronica, Werktuigbouwkunde of Elektrotechniek. Aanvullende opleiding/training op het gebied van Project Management is een pré.
Je hebt ervaring in een soortgelijke functie binnen een projectenorganisatie, bij voorkeur binnen de industriële automatisering.
Je vindt uitdaging in technische en organisatorische complexiteit die veelal onder tijdsdruk uitgevoerd worden.
Je kent de diverse PLC-software en robotsystemen (CSi werkt met name met Allen Bradley, ABB en Siemens).
Daarnaast heb je een sterke service- en klantgerichte instelling, waarbij je constant streeft om zowel de interne als externe klant goed te bedienen.
Je bent proactief en beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden. Je bent gewend om veel dingen tegelijk te doen en je bent goed georganiseerd.
En je flexibele instelling zorgt ervoor dat je heel goed past binnen de dynamiek van een serviceorganisatie. De voertaal binnen ons bedrijf is Nederlands maar vanwege onze internationale klanten is beheersing van in ieder geval de Engelse taal noodzakelijk. En je bent ook bereid om af en toe (internationaal) te reizen.
