- Triage and investigate Desktop PC issues submitted through ticketing system; Identify and apply solutions for common computer problems
- Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues in a timely manner.
- Diagnose various hardware issues and fix any issues identified. This includes monitors, hard drives, network adapters, printers, or any other networked device
- Maintain thorough documentation and knowledge base articles to facilitate user self-help and knowledge transfer.
- Maintain Azure Cloud infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and system patches/updates.
- Implement, maintain and document backup and disaster recovery solutions to safeguard data integrity and availability.
- Monitor system activities and resource utilization to identify and resolve issues proactively.
- Maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, remote monitoring systems, and VPNs.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues to ensure seamless operation.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an End User/Help Desk support analyst and IT systems administration.
- Experience managing and supporting both desktop and mobile hardware/software (Windows, Android, iOS)
- Proficient with all aspects of Microsoft Azure and O365 suite
- Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders to build process & procedures
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols, services, and technologies.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- Occasional in-person errands such as hardware pickups from BestBuy and driving to Fedex, USPS or other shippers

As an IT Help Desk Technician at Nest Health, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Nest team and working towards the efficiency, security, and reliability of our IT infrastructure.
