AAA Club Alliance is currently seeking a Manager of Membership of Technical Support.

The primary duties of the Membership Technical Support Manager are:

Investigates membership-processing issues identified by the Membership Administration Departments, various Membership Teams and front-line Associates of AAA Mid-Atlantic and other ACP partner clubs using MzP by analyzing memberships data and system performance.
Recommend solutions and courses of action to the I.T. department for modifications or enhancements to MPS/MzP to resolve membership processing and system issues.
Works the AAA Mid-Atlantic IT department and Membership business teams in the planning, designing, implementation and testing of membership system modifications, updates and system releases prior to moving into the production environment.
Coordinate similar efforts with Membership/IT departments of each ACP club using MzP.
Manages the Membership Billing and Automatic Renewal process including, but not limited to, overseeing the creation and maintaining of MzP production schedule, scheduling of processes in MzP, file transmission dates, coordination of renewal billing segmentation processes, ensuring the billing kit contents, bill counts and mail dates.
Serve as a member of the Membership Steering Group, Membership Processing System (MPS/MzP) Users Group, ACP MzP system "user" teams and other committees on an as needed basis.
Maintains and updates Membership System Security levels and creates user log-ons for Associates throughout the Organization who are responsible for setting up new memberships and making modifications to existing memberships.
Communicates with Internal Audit and external auditors regarding Associate security levels.
Updates general MPS/MzP database information, including revising membership dues, adding and removing retail offices and contact centers in MPS/MzP, and redefining retail office territories in MPS/MzP. Interface with AAA National to receive updates on clubs' operating territories to ensure compliance with AAA National guidelines.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Marketing or a related field.
8 years of experience in database analysis, data management or software/systems analysis or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
4-5 years of software/system functionality analysis is required to determine if MPS/MzP is processing data properly.
1-2 years of computer technical and/or Corporate Training required.
3-4 years programming and operational experience with Crystal Reports, Access, Excel or comparable database querying programs preferred.
3 years of experience in query, report writing, and/or data analysis. Proficiency in SQL.
Effectively format and structure reports for easy interpretation by business lines and vendors, as well as clearly communicating analytical findings to non-technical Associates at all levels.
