Description
Quantic is a cloud-based Point of Sale System Solution company based in King of Prussia PA.

We are looking for a full-time contract or salaried Technical Support Representative and OnBoarding Coordinator who can communicate with clients and perform troubleshooting with POS issues including basic network connectivity issues.


Additional responsibilities for the position include:

  • Resolving Trouble tickets with the given SLA
  • POS Programming
  • Communicating with clients
  • Understanding POS reports
  • Remote POS Installs
  • Hardware Configuration and Shipping
  • Technical Documentation

Pay:
$34, $40,000.00 per year

Education:


  • High school or equivalent (preferred)

  • West Chester, PA 19380: Relocate before starting work (required)
