    FSRI is always looking for candidates that want to make a positive impact on the community we serve in

    To be an active part of the Healing Department leadership team, responding to the mental health and trauma needs of the communities we serve.

    This position will oversee and grow the agency's school-based mental health partnerships and initiatives.

    Responsible for hiring, management, supervision, training and professional development of assigned staff; Responsible for managing partnerships with various school departments and ensuring successful implementation of FSRI's school-based initiatives.

    Responsible for financial management and administrative functions within the Department. Participates in the Agency's on-call emergency services rotation as scheduled.

    Master's Degree in the Human Services field with Rhode Island independent licensure (LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT) required.
    Ability to work in an Electronic Medical Record and Windows operating systems.
    Bilingual skills preferred.
    Bilingual skills are compensated by an additional 6%, above base pay
