    The Opportunity:

    We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Brand Strategist to join our in-house team and drive the development and execution of Levoit brand and GTM strategy across the product portfolio.

    This position requires a strategic thinker who possesses a blend of marketing expertise and strong business acumen. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in brand strategy within the e-commerce sector, acting as a pivotal force behind digital growth and consumer experience enhancement.

    The VeSync house of brands {Levoit, Cosori, Etekcity} and future brands launched under the VeSync portfolio. As a Senior Brand Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our GTM launch strategy, refining our brand identity, messaging, and positioning that will resonate with our target audiences and drive business growth.

    What you will do at VeSync:

    Brand Strategy Development:

    • Lead the development and refinement of our brand strategy and GTM initiatives for brand activities and new product launches, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Marketing and Consumer Insights teams to gain insights into customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

    Consumer Insights and Research Management

    • This role will closely partner with our in-house Consumer Insights team to ensure we have identified the right target audience segment per product launch and provide a strategic point of view that guides the creative process and our performance marketing efforts.
    • Identify key target audience segments and develop personas to guide messaging and engagement strategies.

    Storytelling and Messaging:

    • Craft compelling brand narratives and messages that resonate with our target audiences and reflect our brand's values and mission.
    • Develop consistent messaging for various channels and campaigns, ensuring a cohesive brand voice.

    Campaign Development

    • Collaborate with internal Creative Services team to develop integrated marketing campaigns that align with brand strategy.
    • Ensure that campaigns effectively communicate brand messages and drive brand awareness among other campaign KPIs.

    Brand Activation and Engagement

    • Devise strategies and activate the brand across various channels, including digital, social, media and event activities, and partnerships.
    • Identify opportunities to engage customers and stakeholders with brand experiences.

    Measurement and Analysis:

    • Establish key KPIs to measure the impact of brand initiatives and campaigns.
    • Analyze data and insights to assess brand performance from our bi-annual brand tracking study along with other available data and social media insights to recommend improvements/optimizations.

    Leadership and Mentorship

    • Mentor Brand Marketing Managers and contribute to their professional development.
    • Lead brainstorming sessions, workshops, and strategy discussions to drive creative thinking.

    Industry Trends and Innovation

    • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in branding and marketing.
    • Apply insights to continually evolve and innovate our brand strategy.

    What you bring to the role:

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field or equivalent experience
    • 8+ years of experience in brand strategy, preferably in-house or at a branding agency.
    • Strong understanding of branding principles, consumer behavior, and market dynamics.
    • Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies.
    • Exceptional storytelling and messaging skills, with a knack for crafting compelling narratives.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
    • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Leadership experience and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
    • Proficient in brand strategy tools, market research, and data analytics platforms.

    Location: This is an on-site, office-based role in Anaheim, CA.

    Salary: $135,000+ annually
