As a Junior Strategist, you will help keep the agency and our clients on the pulse of culture. Our clients come to us to create disruptive social-first campaigns, manage their social media presence, and develop attention-grabbing innovation.

You'll play a central role in these projects. Your responsibilities will vary project-to-project, giving you the opportunity to learn & hone broad strategic skills. These can cover cultural analysis, competitive insights, data & analytics, content development and more.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in monitoring and reporting on industry and competitive trends, campaign initiatives, and community optimization
  • Assist with creation, conception, and presentation of marketing campaign strategy and integrated marketing campaigns
  • Ensure channel strategy plans support overall brand goals and objectives communicated from client
  • Facilitate communication with Creative Department for the creation of campaign content
  • Summarize insights and listening observations to help create reports that lead to the optimization of future campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing campaign strategy
  • Support the development of marketing materials such as presentations, pitch decks, and case studies
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and strategy meetings to generate innovative campaign idea

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • 13 years of strategy experience at a creative agency
  • Able to manage multiple work streams simultaneously
  • Deep interest in Culture and Trends
  • Proactive approach to work
  • Spread Joy

BASE SALARY RANGE

Our estimated range for this role is $60,000-65,000
