    Description


    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Business Development Manager to drive the company's sales growth by establishing and nurturing customer relationships, promoting products and services, and exceeding sales targets.

    The primary focus of this role will include onboarding the new digital computer system, prospecting new business opportunities, strategically managing customer accounts, occasional travel, and motivating and training Guest Services management.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and vendors.
    • Evaluate existing partnerships and sales efforts to optimize performance.
    • Manage key client relationships and cultivate new ones to drive revenue growth.
    • Expand the profile and reach of the company and its brands in the marketplace.
    • Lead the concierge, customer service, and client relationship management team.
    • Establish cross-functional teams to foster sustainable, long-term growth.
    • Contribute to shaping the company's long-term objectives and strategic plans.
    • Research and identify new markets for potential expansion.
    • Provide strategic advice on product development, distribution, and promotion strategies.
    • Identify sponsorship opportunities, including engagement with nonprofit organizations.
    • Conduct webinars and presentations to elevate the brand or product profile.
    • Select prospective vendors and negotiate contracts to support business initiatives.
    • Travel to partner locations, FBOs (Fixed Base Operators), and facilities as required.
    • Fulfill requests for proposals (RFPs) and large contracts from potential partners and customers.
    • Manage sports team contracts and oversee Out-of-Network (OON) network growth.
    • Coordinate with military networks for necessary approvals.
    • Obtain ramp permissions and oversee lift truck procurement.
    • Assist in directing the development of customer-facing web platforms and digital experiences.
    • Monitor and address client issues and deviations from expectations

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
    • Proven track record of success in sales and business development roles.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities.
    • Experience in negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships.
    • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and technologies.
    • Willingness to travel as needed.
    • Experience in the aviation industry or related field is a plus.
